Our Learn to Swim and Stroke Development programs focus on developing sound technical foundations and our skilled instructors encourage a love of swimming. Swimmers then progress to Squad Training where land training is a key component and essential for improving performance. We also offer Adult Squad for new and experienced swimmers as well as triathletes.
