who we are
Following ten years of success with the Stuartholme School swim program, and reinvigorating the Ormiston College swim program, we've now expanded to include Ashgrove State School, Oakleigh State School, Ithaca State School, Sherwood State School and Graceville State School.
The success of our program is partly mostly to the wonderful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable teaching team. Our teachers come from every walk of life (including high school and university students, school teachers, eager parents, and ex-swimmers). We are always looking for fun people to join our ever growing team.
We do things differently
TSA offers all new teachers a full in-house training program, which includes classroom sessions and practical (in water) sessions. You will learn the different ways children learn, how to teach various skills, how to communicate with kids, and how to control a rowdy class!
Not a swimmer? We also teach you all the basics so you have a comprehensive understanding of stroke mechanics and skills, appropriate to each level of our program.
